At La Boutique Carlotta Films, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
